Blueberry Banana Bread is a great twist on traditional Banana Nut Bread. I love baking with fresh blueberries when they’re in season! That’s why I’m posting two blueberry recipes back to back! See my Blueberry Pineapple Cake recipe here. This recipe uses fresh ripened bananas, fresh blueberries and either chopped walnuts or pecans. It’s really easy to make and a definite crowd pleaser.
I love having Blueberry Banana Bread for breakfast, but it also makes a delicious dessert or snack. It freezes well too, so don’t worry if you have plenty of leftovers!
