Mini Beef Turnovers are a great appetizer or snack for a party, tailgate or movie night. My mom used to make these for parties and they were always well received. At one party, two of the kids even stood by the snack table and ate almost all of them before the adults told them to save some for the others! The turnovers were so delicious, they couldn’t help themselves!
One thing I like about these hors d’oeuvres is that they’re perfectly at home at a casual party or a more formal affair. They’re so easy to make too. All you have to do is mix the filling , spoon them into ready-made wonton wrappers and fry them up!
