bacon and eggs

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 pinch Kosher salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 2 slices bacon


  1. Whisk eggs, milk, salt & pepper just until blended. Set aside.

  2. Using kitchen scissiors, cut two bacon strips in half. Then cut each half into thirds.

  3. In a large pan, lay bacon pieces in one layer. Cook over medium heat until crisp.

  4. Add egg mixture.

  5. Avoid constant scrambling.

  6. As the eggs are setting, using a spatula, push eggs to the side and fold over until just set.

  7. Remove from heat. 

  8. Serve with your favorite breakfast potatoes and toast with jam.
